How quickly will my order ship?
Please note these are estimates - share your sailing date when placing your order and let us know if you're shopping last minute. We're happy to accomodate when possible.
- Ready to Ship Magnets: 2-3 business days
- Personalized Magnets: Approx 7 business days
- Apparel: 1-2 business days
- Accessories: 2-3 Business days
How long does it take for personalized magnets?
Once you place your order it will take about 5-7 business days for your personalized magnet to be printed, followed by a few days for shipping. If your cruise is coming up in less than a week, we'd recommend checking out some of our awesome Ready to Ship magnet designs.
Will I receive a proof for my personalized magnets?
Yes! You'll receive a proof shortly after you place your order - once your proof is sent you have 48 hours to approve. If we haven't heard from from you in 48 hours, we'll go ahead and move your magnet to production. Magnet orders of $100 or more will require an approved proof before we print.
My order is missing my personalized magnet or shirt!
Easy there, sailor. Personalized magnets and apparel may process and ship separately from other products.
What carrier do you use?
All of our orders shipped using USPS. You will receive tracking information once your order has been processed. Please contact USPS regarding any questions related to delayed or missing shipments.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We proudly offer a Happy Cruiser Guarantee - please get in touch with us at ahoy@stateroomstatements.com.
Can you ship to locations outside of the United States?
Not yet, but we're working on it! If you're cruising from the USA, we can easily ship your gear to your hotel ahead of time.
My items arrived damaged/missing!
Oh no! We pack each order by hand to ensure your cargo is shipped in perfect condition - however, mishaps happen. If you have any questions or concerns about your order after receiving it, drop us a line within 5 days at ahoy@stateroomstatements.com
Tell me more about your door magnet materials...
Of course! Our cruise door magnets are professionally printed and die-cut on high-quality 15-30 mil vinyl with a matte, glossy, or dry-erase finish - depending on the application. We tested multiple options before deciding on this material for the optimal combination of durability, flexibility, and magnetic function on cruise ship cabin doors (and refrigerators, file cabinets, whiteboards, and more!)
Do these magnets work on all cruise ship doors?
Most! Some Carnival ships, as well as concierge level rooms on Disney Cruise Line have a wooden veneer on the doors which may affect magnetic function. Command Strips can save the day here, and are permitted by both cruise lines.
Can you make custom magnets or shirts for my group cruise?
We've got you! Please reach out at ahoy@stateroomstatements.com and let us know what design you're interested in customizing. We can also create something brand new just for your group!
Will you make a magnet or shirt with my favorite character or the logo of my cruise line?
Sorry, but no. While we love a clever pop culture reference, we don't create products directly using logos or characters that do not belong to us. You're cleverer than that, and so are we!
