In case you didn't know - Stateroom Statements gives back a portion of proceeds for every purchase to worthy nonprofits. Today, we're highlighting the work of the Cozumel Humane Society in Cozumel, Mexico.
Since 1995, the Humane Society of Cozumel has offered free spay and neutering programs which has greatly contributed to the reduction of the stray dog population. Today their work focuses on providing domestic animal care wherever it is needed, including operating three mobile animal clinics as well as pet supply and accessory stores throughout the island.
The Cozumel Humane Society also operates a very successful dog and cat adoption program, and they have helped find loving homes for hundreds of animals. They are currently fundraising to renovate their clinic and other facilities, and introduce a Cat Cafe.
We're thrilled to celebrate this worthy cause and the incredible dedication of all the humans involved!
